I ordered a push card and was excited to receive it based on the reviews and price point. Unfortunately, it didn’t ship and I had to contact the company for an update. The company then let me know the cart I ordered was out of stock and offered to upgrade me for a newer model. I declined and got a refund. A couple weeks later, a push card was delivered to my home, after my refund had been processed. I reached out and they let me know I would need to print a return label and drop off the package at a fedex site. I told them that they can arrange pick up at my home as it was their error in sending it after I already canceled the order. There were many back and forth emails exchanged and over a month later, the push cart was finally picked up by FedEx. Do not recommend.
