Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Shipping

At OMADA Golf, we offer several domestic shipping options. Any order $50 or more qualifies for free economy shipping. Any order under $50 is subject to a small shipping fee. We also offer expedited shipping at a greater fee.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being placed. (Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.)

Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.

Delays

At Omada Golf, we put our best effort into abiding by our shipping policy, however sometimes shipping delays can occur. In the event of a shipping delay please reach out to our support email contact@omadagolf.com We will contact our shipping partners and try to uncover any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, so you will be able to track your order status as well.

WEEKEND DELIVERY

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with economy or expedited shipping. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your shipping method.

OMADA Golf is not responsible for refunding priority and 2-day shipping for orders that do not arrive on the weekend.

Return Policy

At OMADA Golf we offer a free 30 day return policy, which begins from the date of delivery. We will send you a shipping label to return the product(s) to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued once the product has been returned to our warehouse, and has been inspected to be in good condition. This process could take up to 5-7 days.

Damaged or Missing Parts

If you have received your cart and there are damaged or missing parts, please reach out to our support team at contact@omadagolf.com. We at OMADA Golf pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and want to help. We have the capacity to send out replacement parts, as well as take the cart back for repairs if necessary.
