Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus fast checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also split your purchase into interest-free installments where available at checkout.

Is it safe to use my card on your site?

Yes. Every order is processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We move quickly to get orders out the door, so reach us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Email contact@omadagolf.com with your order number and we'll help right away.

Do you run discounts or promotions?

We do — throughout the year. The best way to catch them first is to join our email list at the bottom of the page. Subscribers get early access to launches, exclusive deals and members-only offers.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States. Any applicable shipping charges for other destinations are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives within 5–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also find tracking details in your account under your order history. If it's been more than a few days and you haven't received tracking, email contact@omadagolf.com.

Will my push cart arrive assembled?

Your cart arrives ready to go with only minimal setup — most golfers are rolling in a few minutes. Every push cart product page includes a step-by-step How-to-Assemble video so you can follow along.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our gear with free 30-day returns. If you're not completely satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email contact@omadagolf.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

What does the warranty cover?

Every OMADA push cart is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement part or replacement unit.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry about that — we'll fix it fast. Email contact@omadagolf.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How compact does the T2Lite fold down?

The T2Lite is built around a quick, compact fold that collapses in seconds for easy storage and transport — it slips into most trunks with room to spare. Its aircraft-grade aluminum frame keeps it lightweight without giving up durability.

Will the push cart fit my golf bag?

Yes. Our push carts are designed to securely hold virtually any modern cart bag or stand bag using adjustable upper and lower bag brackets with quick-release straps.

How much does the T2Lite weigh?

The T2Lite is one of our most lightweight, compact carts — engineered with an aircraft-grade aluminum frame so it's easy to lift into your trunk and effortless to push all 18. (See the product page for exact specifications.)

Do the wheels need maintenance?

No. The T2Lite uses extra-wide, large-diameter, maintenance-free wheels built for smooth, stable rolling across fairways, rough and wet terrain. Just wipe them down when they get muddy.

How does the handbrake work?

An easy-switch handbrake engages both rear wheels at once for confident parking — even on slopes and undulating tees. One flip locks it; one flip releases it.

What accessories are compatible with my cart?

What's the difference between the T2Lite and TriLite?

Product Care & Support

How do I clean and care for my cart?

Wipe the frame and wheels down with a damp cloth after wet or muddy rounds and let it air dry before folding. Avoid harsh solvents. The maintenance-free wheels and aluminum frame are built to hold up season after season.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes. Replacement parts are available for key components. Product pages include how-to videos for common tasks like locking-mechanism replacement, and our team can help you order the exact part you need — just email contact@omadagolf.com.

Where can I watch setup and how-to videos?
